Ingredients for making curd green chutney
To make curd green chutney, one bunch of green coriander chopped, half a bunch of mint chopped, two green chilies chopped, one medium size onion chopped, three ice cubes, one inch piece of ginger, one garlic clove. Take bud, juice of half a lemon, a cup of curd and salt as per taste.

To make green chutney with curd, wash and clean coriander and mint leaves. Then cut it and put it in a mixie jar and add green chili, onion, ice cube, ginger, garlic and lemon juice to it. Then grind all these and make a fine chutney. After this, take curd in a bowl and whisk it and add this chutney to the curd and mix it well. Your restaurant green chutney is ready.

To make Lachha Pyaaz, take two-three medium sized onions, one teaspoon red chili powder, two teaspoons finely chopped coriander, one tray ice cube and salt as per taste.
